She comes to public media from the television news industry where she produced and managed a variety of segments including daily newscasts. Erica also worked on various talk shows centered around politics and entertainment.
She has worked in various newsrooms along the East Coast including Washington, D.C., New York and 黑料新闻.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Communication from Trinity-Washington University and a Master of Science Degree in Journalism from Quinnipiac University.
